The electronic PIN/Card solution is ideal for dual-swing doors, parking gates, and glass doors. Featuring online-type functionality in a stand-alone model, E-Plex 5x70 series models are easy-to-install. The reader
housings with keypad eliminates problems and costs associated with issuing, controlling, and collecting keys.
The E-Plex 5x70 provides exterior access control for multiple users using specific PINs (Personal Identification Numbers)—E-Plex 5070 and 5270 and/or Cards (PROX—E-Plex 5770).

• PIN code length adjustable up to 8 digits
• Programming: E-Plex 5770 via optional E-Plex Enterprise or Aurora software (not included).
• Scheduling: Up to 16 different access schedules may be programmed.
• Holiday/Vacation Up to 32 different holiday/vacation blocks may be programmed.
• Operating modes: Access (via Credential); Lockout; Passage (toggled on/off or preprogrammed); Scheduled Access (5270 and 5770 only)
• Anti-tamper lockout is adjustable from 3 to 9 invalid attempts with an adjustable period of 0 to 20 seconds
• 5 authority access levels let you determine who has privileges to specific lock functions (Six authority levels 5270 and
5770 models)
• Minimum of 9000 stored audit events (with optional software). Maximum 30,000 events (software required)
• Vandal Resistance: Exclusive tamper-switch circuitry in reader housing prevents unauthorized access if unit is
attacked or removed from mounting plate. If tamper is detected, the reader unit emits constant bright blue lights and
all internal wire other than power become passive until unit is reset.
